Hey! I'm Carl. I'm a (now former) instructor at a big box range, but times being as scary as they are, I want to offer my lessons pro bono to those who need them. I've taught several hundred students with varying levels of experience and am comfortable with private lessons as well as group classes if you have a partner or friends you'd like to accompany you. I teach handguns, rifles, and the basics of concealment. My instruction tends to focus on concealed carry, personal protection, and practical shooting and training. I always do my best to stay on top of developments in the gear and training world, and I enjoy passing knowledge that on to my students. I'm also a competitive USPSA shooter, so I train frequently to keep my own skills sharp. You'll also have access to any of my personal equipment that you need, so don't worry if you don't have any firearms or PPE of your own. For brand new shooters or people on the fence, I like to run through an online class so you aren't going in blind and can decide if you want to commit to an in-person class.
